Gosh, day 4 of my challenge to share a non-fiction book for 7 days that has inspired me and helped me to do better is here already! Today’s book is “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle.

This book was recommended to me by my good friend John James, who is the author of “From The Darkness.” This book is about his experiences of domestic abuse, and is a harrowing read. John has managed to survive all that has happened to him and turned his experiences into something good by raising awareness of male domestic abuse.

“The Power of Now” focuses on helping us to live in a more mindful way, to surrender to the present moment and create a world in our heads where problems do not exist. Only when we fully do this can we embrace our true selves and discover that we are already complete an perfect.

Living in the moment is hard to achieve by most of us, but “The Power of Now” helps us to open ourselves up to transforming ourselves and finding peace and joy in the moment.

What books have inspired you the most?
