DETAILS

Following my role at 2 Bits Ltd which ended due to the closure of the company I undertook some short-term contract roles as a consultant at the following organisations in order to further and broaden my skills in different industries.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

I project managed and co-ordinated DEFRA’s presence at four Royal Shows including the Welsh Show, Highland Show, Cornwall Show and Stoneleigh Show.

With these shows time was short and I successfully “hit the ground running” to ensure that leaflets, brochures and promotional material was created in time for the launch of the first Royal Show.

I acted as a key spokesperson for DEFRA to successfully manage several crisis PR situations when animal disease outbreaks occurred and liaised with broadcasters such as BBC News, Sky News, ITN and more.
