I’m delighted to announce that I have partnered with Nat Schooler of “Influential Visions” and Kim Adele to launch “International Impostor Syndrome Awareness Day” which will take place on Tuesday 13 April 2021.

Impostor Syndrome is a very common phenomenon amongst business leaders. Many struggle with it on a day to day basis, but few admit to actually suffering from it. It can be debilitating and is the experience of feeling as if you are a fraud and that you don’t belong in the job or profession that you are doing. It can affect anyone no matter their social status, work background, skill level, or degree of expertise, but it tends to affect women more than men.

On the day myself, Nat and Kim will be providing resources for those who are struggling with impostor syndrome and will:

  • Host free online events and webinars
  • Live stream Q&A’s on social media
  • Launch a white paper on the phenomenon of impostor syndrome
  • Launch a social media campaign to raise awareness of impostor syndrome with the hashtag #IISAD2021

We will be encouraging storytelling from those who have been affected by imposter syndrome using #IISAD2021.

In addition, we will share inspiring podcasts from the Influential Visions Imposter Syndrome series, hosted by Kim Adele (International best-selling Author & World Renowned Authority in Business & Leadership) and myself (Award Winning Cyber Security & Content Marketing Consultant) and Nat Schooler (Futuristic Podcast Host, Entrepreneur and Trusted Advisor).

Our New Book 📕 The Great Imposter: Managing Imposter Syndrome will be launched during June 2021, or before if it is ready. This will be a collection of accounts and expert insights into imposter syndrome and cover how business leaders manage it on a day-to-day basis.
