Lisa Ventura is delighted to announce that she has been selected as finalist in two categories in the 2019 Cyber Security Awards – “Personality of the Year” and “Woman of the Year”.

The Cyber Security Awards were established in 2014, to reward the best individuals, teams and companies within the cyber security industry. Excellence and innovation are core themes, throughout all categories. The Cyber Security Awards team, reviews the industry, looking for the best possible applicants. We encourage all those, who are committed to progressing the industry, to apply. Organizations and people from all over the world are eligible to submit applications including public and private, for-profit and non-profit, largest to smallest and new start-ups, as long as they have a presence within the United Kingdom.

The winners will be announced at the Cyber Security Awards dinner and presentation at the Park Plaza Hotel, Victoria, on the 4 of July 2019.

Awards judge Karla Reffold said: “The competition this year is incredibly tough and diverse. This was the toughest year so far to have made the shortlist. There are so many fantastic individuals, innovative products and companies that are doing great things within cyber security.”

Lisa Ventura is an award-winning Cyber Security consultant and is the CEO and Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association (UKCSA), a membership association that is dedicated raising awareness and educating small businesses, SME’s, large corporate companies and the general public as to the importance of cyber security.
