What is SC Unlocks: Ransomware?

The second event of the SC Unlocks Series will focus on the ever-present threat of ransomware attacks: how do we avoid them, how do we prepare for them and is it inevitable that they will break through?

SC Unlocks: Ransomware is the platform for cybersecurity professionals to learn more about recent ransomware attacks and how to deal with them when they happen. The conference will cover how malicious software continues to extort money from businesses as well as individuals. We will discuss if it is ever okay to pay the ransom and what can be done by the cybersecurity industry to stop the attacks.
