I am proud and humbled to announce that I have go through as a finalist in the Significant Achievement category in the Wonderful Worcestershire 2018 Awards! I had an interivew in front of a panel of four judges on 23rd March and I will find out the outcome at the awards lunch ceremony on Friday 27th April 2018.

I am so honoured to have got this far and to have made it to the finals, I never expected this in a million years! There are far more deserving candidates in my category than me and in the other categories, to be up there with some of the great and the good in Worcestershire is truly mind blowing.

I want to wish all the other finalists in my category and in all the other categories the very, very best of luck for the awards ceremony on April 27th. And to everyone who voted for me when I was nominated last January, I want to say a very, very big THANK YOU! I could NOT have got this far without you all, and I’m so gratefu and thankful that so many of you out there supported me and believed in me.

Here is to the awards lunch ceremonly on April 27th!
