Below are some of my key achievements from the course of my career to date:
I joined PVA Management Ltd in 1995 until 2002, where I worked with a wide range of prolific TV and Radio presenters including Chris Tarrant, John Kettley, Richard Allinson, Les Ross, Ed Doolan and Simon Lycett.
I oversaw “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” go from a format on paper called “Cash Mountain” to a massively successful global TV quiz show with Chris Tarrant as the host of the show in the late 1990’s/early 2000’s. So successful was the show at its height that it regularly beat soap operas such as “Eastenders” in the TV ratings war.
I worked to launch the first ever Worcester Three Choirs Festival Fringe in 1999, which became the Worcester Festival in 2002 which still runs today, and I sat on the Committee of the Worcester Festival from 2009 to 2012.
I oversaw the launch of the Worcester Music Festival in 2008 and was Chairman of the Festival from 2007-2009.
I founded and launched the Worcestershire Literary Festival in 2010 which ran from 2011 to 2013.
I won a “Highly Commended” Award at the Worcestershire Welcome Tourism Awards in 2012 for my work with the 2011 Worcestershire Literary Festival.
I founded her award winning blog Frankie’s Legacy in November 2013.
I was a finalist in The Butterfly Award’s “Most Inspirational Mother” category in October 2014.
I was a finalist in the “Volunteer Champion” category in the Mumpreneur UK awards in 2014.
Finalist in The Butterfly Award’s “Most Inspirational Mother” category in October 2015.
I was a finalist in the “Most Significant Achievement” category in the Wonderful Worcestershire Women awards in 2016.
I won a “Highly Commended” award in the Beacon Best Shining Light awards in the Volunteer category in 2016.
I founded her award winning blog Cyber Geek Girl in May 2017.
I founded her blog Life Body Soul Spirit with a view to it being a platform to gaining her Reiki 1, 2 and Masters certifications.
I joined Corinium Global Intelligence as a Content Marketing & Editorial Director in 2017, heading up their new content department.
I was nominated in the Significant Achievement category in the Wonderful Worcestershire Awards in January 2018.
I launched Venture Content Marketing, PR & Digital, through which I worked with a wide variety of clients mainly in the cyber security and technology space.
I became the CEO and Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association, the UK’s first membership association dedicated solely to individuals and organisations working in cyber security.
I joined BlueVoyant as a Cyber Security Campaigns Manager to work on key campaigns including their Global Report, Ransomware report and Cyber Security Awareness Month.
I launched Cyber Security Unity, a cyber security community aimed at uniting the cyber security industry globally to combat the growing cyber threat.
I joined Qualitest, the world’s leading AI-powered quality engineering company, as a Senior Cyber Security Content Writer.
In June 2023 I was awarded an MBE for services to cyber security and diversity/inclusion in King Charles III’s birthday honours list.
