Alongside the organisations I have founded, I work directly with clients on security awareness, culture change and communications. These are the engagements I am working on at the moment.
From August 2026 I am working on Deloitte’s security awareness and culture change programme, covering security awareness training and the communications that carry it. The work spans programme design, training content and the internal messaging that turns a programme into something colleagues recognise and respond to rather than something that arrives in their inbox and is closed again.
I work as Strategic Consultant to HOOP Cyber, supporting the business as it takes its next steps following the move to join the FSP Consulting Services Group. My focus is on positioning, communications and thought leadership through a period of real change, helping the team articulate what it does, who it does it for and what the combination with FSP makes possible for clients.
I lead security awareness and culture for a global business with colleagues across multiple markets. The work covers phishing simulation programmes and quarterly insight reporting, bespoke training courses written for this business rather than bought off the shelf, executive briefings for senior leadership, and internal campaigns people are willing to read.
Phishing click rates across the business fell from 31 per cent to 10 per cent.
I design and deliver the security awareness programme across eight European markets, covering phishing simulation, training completion reporting, steering committee reporting and behaviour change campaigns aimed at specific risks such as service desk social engineering.
Phish-prone rates have fallen by up to 90 per cent across those markets.
I work on Everpure’s security awareness and culture change programme, covering security awareness training and communications.
My approach is trauma informed, neuroinclusive and built on giving people agency rather than frightening them into compliance. I do not use fear based messaging and I do not describe colleagues as a human firewall. People are not the weakest link in security. They are the reason it works at all, when we give them something they can actually use.
